Tracking & Shipping

  1. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. Before you track, please allow at least 1 to 2 business days for the courier website to update the tracking number into the system. 
  2. The shipping confirmation email you receive may be thrown into your junk/spam mail. In the event that you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 working days, please check your junk/spam mail.


  • Shipping 

We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your merchandise will ship 1 to 2 business days from your order date.  

  1. Shipping to various countries will take approximately 10-20 business days, which does not include customs delays, unforeseen delays and etc.
  2. Shipping individual products will generally cost a flat rate depending on the total product amount you purchase, regardless of which part of the world you live in.  
  3. Shipping to Canada via DHL eCommerce will have limited tracking capability and can be tracked till the package arrives in Canada. Thereafter, your package will be handed over to Canada Post for final delivery. 
  4. Shipping to Canada via FedEx International Economy will include a FULL tracking number, that can be used to track your delivery status throughout the package's journey.


  • Pre-order 

Preorder products are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Products are shipped directly to you once available. Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information.
